The 40ft — 'Pina Colada'
8 guests max, one cabin used for storage. Best for: 6-person families, day trips only, sub-฿50k budgets. You'll be close to the water, close to the crew, close to your kids. It's the trip everyone books first, then upgrades.
The 65ft — 'Princess Oceana'
12 guests day, 6 guests overnight in 3 en-suite cabins. Best for: overnight Phi Phi trips, romantic anniversaries, small board retreats. Chef upgrade is worth every baht — private-chef dinner at anchor off Racha Yai is a story your guests tell for years.
The 70ft — 'Siam Princess'
20 guests day, 8 overnight. Best for: wedding groups, corporate away-days, milestone birthdays. The flybridge is enormous — DJ deck at sunset works. If you're 10+ people, this is cheaper per-head than the 65ft even at a higher total.
The right yacht size depends on group not budget. 8 people on a 70ft feels empty. 20 people on a 40ft is illegal.

What 'fuel included' actually covers
The route we've quoted, up to ~120 nautical miles round-trip. If your group wants to detour to a stop we didn't quote, we recalculate — usually adds ฿4,000-8,000. There's no per-litre surprise at the marina.
