1. Acceptance
By booking or purchasing any product on loma-travel.com, you agree to these Terms and to the linked Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
2. What we sell
Guided tours, private yacht charters, villa rentals, vehicle rentals, and photography services in Thailand. Prices shown in THB. Live currency conversion (USD, EUR, AED, CNY, RUB, GBP) is indicative.
3. Booking & payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking.
- Balance due 7 days before trip start.
- Payments processed by Stripe or Omise. Loma does not store your card details.
4. Your responsibilities
- Valid passport (6-month remaining validity) and any required visas.
- Accurate declaration of medical conditions before adventure activities (jet ski, paramotor, diving).
- Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation.
5. Force majeure
If we cannot deliver a booked service due to weather, government restriction, or supplier closure, we offer (a) re-booking within 12 months, or (b) refund minus non-recoverable third-party costs.
6. Liability limit
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Loma for the trip in question. Adventure activities carry inherent risks and are undertaken at your own risk.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are handled in the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
